The Minister for Planning has appointed an Advisory Committee to consider the planning merits of Amendment C193 (Part 2) to the Greater Shepparton Planning Scheme and concurrent Planning Permit Application PPA2016-269.
The Amendment proposes to rezone land at the corner of Numurkah Road and Ford Road, Shepparton North from Commercial 2 Zone to Commercial 1 Zone.
The concurrent permit application would allow use of the land for a community meeting space (place of assembly), buildings and works in the Commercial 1 Zone, erection and display of signs, a packaged liquor license and creation of access to a Road Zone Category 1.
