The Victorian Government has established an Expert Advisory Panel for Rural and Regional Students to examine the opportunities and challenges associated with rural and regional education across Victoria.
The Panel is chaired by Dr David Howes, chief executive of the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority, and includes current and former principals and educators, academics, young people and other relevant experts.
The Panel will make findings and recommendations that will guide the Victorian Government’s future decisions on initiatives and supports needed to help rural and regional schools and students. For more information see the Term of Reference in the document library below.
Thank you for taking the time to provide information and feedback to the Expert Advisory Panel for Rural and Regional Students.
The Executive Summary of the Panel’s report is now available on the Department of Education and Training website.
