CLOSED: This survey has concluded.

We're getting on with the job of removing the dangerous and congested level crossing at Cardinia Road in Pakenham, one of 17 level crossings to go on the Pakenham line.

Removing this level crossing will improve traffic flow, provide the opportunity for more train services in the future and improve safety for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers.

The Cardinia Road level crossing is fast tracked for removal with construction to begin later this year and the boom gates gone by 2021.

In addition to further technical investigations, community feedback is an important consideration as we progress the final design for the removal of the level crossing.

We want to hear from you about what is important to the local community and how we can improve local connections, safety, walking and cycling paths and landscape design.

Feedback closes at 5pm on Friday 7 June 2019.
