On 6 December 2017, the Minister for Planning referred the following proposals sites to the Government Land Standing Advisory Committee for consideration:
56 Kingloch Prade, Wantirna
The former school site has an area of 1.25 hectares and has frontages to Kingloch Parade and Greenlow Avenue. The site is located between Mountain Highway and Boronia Road in a predominantly residential area with good access to Schultz Reserve, Wantirna Mall as well as education and health services.
The land at 56 Kingloch Parade, Wantirna (the site) has
been determined surplus to the Victorian Government’s
current and future requirements. The Department of
Treasury and Finance (DTF), on behalf of the landowner
Department of Education and Training (DET), has
requested that the planning provisions for the site be
changed to reflect that it is no longer required for public
use and to help facilitate its sale.
