33 and 33A Jacksons Road, Mount Eliza (Peninsula Health Mount Eliza Centre)
The land at 33-33A Jacksons Road, Mount Eliza has been determined surplus to the Victorian Government’s current and future requirements. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has requested that permanent Heritage Overlay controls be applied to the site as the current interim controls are due to expire in June 2018. The 3.4 hectare site is approximately 40 kilometres south of Melbourne. The site is elevated and overlooks Port Phillip Bay. It contains several former hospital buildings and scattered vegetation.
