Overview

The Victorian Independent Remuneration Tribunal (Tribunal) is required to make a Determination setting the values of the remuneration bands for executives employed in prescribed public entities.

As part of making its Determination, the Tribunal is required to comprehensively review the roles and responsibilities of executives employed in prescribed public entities.

The Tribunal is seeking submissions from executives, including from CEOs (or equivalents), through this questionnaire, to better understand the nature of executive work in public entities, the different roles that executives play and the competitiveness of executive remuneration arrangements.

There are different questions for subordinate executives and CEOs (or equivalents). Subordinate executives should fill out the questionnaire under the 'executive' tab and CEOs (or equivalents) should fill out the questionnaire under the 'CEO (or equivalent)' tab. Questions 1 - 14 are the same for both groups and the CEO questionnaire asks five additional questions in relation to the CEO's role as an employer.

If you require assistance or have questions regarding the questionnaire or the Determination, please contact the Tribunal Secretariat by email at enquiries@remunerationtribunal.vic.gov.au.

The questionnaire will close at 5pm Friday 14 February 2020.
