Thank you for your interest, the community safety survey is now closed.

In December 2016, the Victorian Government released its Community Safety Statement 2017.

The 2017 Statement set out a plan to improve community safety and commits to provide all Victorians with the opportunity to have a say about community safety issues.

This survey was conducted as an important part of the community consultation process and has been used to gain a better understanding of the community's views, expectations and ideas about community safety.

The survey findings informed the development of the Community Safety Statement 2018/19, which was released in April 2018.
