The people of Ballarat are set to benefit from a transformational development of the Ballarat Station precinct.
The Victorian Government is partnering with the private sector to deliver a vibrant commercial, transport and community precinct that includes a new hotel and conference centre with new shopping and dining options.
The project will respect the historical significance of the precinct, while breathing new life into an underutilised central part of the city.
Many years of planning and consultation have helped shape the project’s intention, design and community benefits.
